The Fishermen

They actually did it. The boys went spear fishing and caught some fish. The mouths on these fish are tiny, too small to be able to hook. I think the boys just love the manly-ness of using a spear.
Valu, with an expression like that, one might think that you don't like your photo taken.

Now, this is what you call an expression of jubilation.

Watch out for the antenna - it can really poke.

Gratitude Journal:
Keenan: Grateful for a day of fun with my dad and brudder.
Valu: Grateful that I could spend the day fishing with my men.
Mom: Grateful that the boys had such a great time--and grateful that they finally caught something. They needed a little boost to their deflated fishing egos.
Dad: Grateful for a fun fishing day with my boys. What could be better?

LOVE the updates! Fun to see the awesome moves the boys can bust on the dance floor! Looks like they are ready for one of our Batchelor family dance party nights! We are looking into getting a fog machine!!! :-) Love the face of Keenan with his fish! If that doesn't say all! So fun! Love you!

Ryan just came in and said, "Ok...you know Kivalu just went and bought those fish!" :-) Where did you go to catch them and what type of fish are they?

Hmmm...., we were fishing about 4 houses from our beach access. I don't know what those fish are called but they are in the Kala family and very yummy...

I can ship you one of our yummies if you want. There was also a big eel that we were trying to catch. It took Valu's line and it broke. We will go back there again and see if we can still catch it at a later time.

You and Reagan need to come over so we can go fishing.

Love you man
